General
Bartender
Description:
▪ Prepare and serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. ▪ Verify age identification for alcohol service. ▪ Maintain cleanliness of the bar and concession area. ▪ Handle transactions. Time Commitment: ▪ During scheduled events requiring bar service. ▪ For show run – 4.5 hours per shift. ▪ You are to arrive 30 minutes before the lobby doors open to patrons. Closing time may vary by show but shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to clean up. Training Provided: ▪ Training in beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
Requirements:
▪ Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred. ▪ Knowledge of responsible alcohol service. ▪ Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Usher
Description:
▪ Welcome and assist patrons with seating. ▪ Distribute programs and provide information about upcoming events. ▪ Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. ▪ Must stay close to an exit during show run to assist patrons and enforce rules or policies. Training Provided: ▪ Orientation on venue layout and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
▪ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. ▪ Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced situations. ▪ Reliability and punctuality. Time Commitment: ▪ 3.5 hours per shift. ▪ You are to arrive 15 minutes before the lobby opens its doors to patrons. You must check in with the House Manager for any special arrangements and stay 15 minutes after the show has ended.
Box Office
Description:
▪ Sell tickets and handle cash transactions. ▪ Provide information on event details, pricing, and seating options. ▪ Maintain organized records of ticket sales and attendance. Training Provided: ▪ Training in ticketing systems and customer service procedures.
Requirements:
▪ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ▪ Comfortable with cash handling and basic math skills. ▪ Excellent communication skills. Time Commitment: ▪ 1.5 hours per shift. ▪ You are to arrive 15 minutes before the lobby doors open to patrons. You must log in to our ticketing software program, have the guest checklist ready, prepare your till, and stay 15 minutes after the show starts for any patrons who may be late. Once 15 minutes have passed from the start of the show, no patrons may be allowed in due to safety protocol.
House Manager
Description:
▪ Oversee and coordinate front-of-house operations. ▪ Supervise ushers, box office, and bartenders during events. ▪ Address patron concerns and ensure a smooth event experience. ▪ Be observant and alert for all patron safety. ▪ Training Provided: ▪ Comprehensive training on venue operations, emergency procedures, and team coordination.
Requirements:
▪ Leadership and organizational skills. ▪ Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems. ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Time Commitment: ▪ Pre-event planning and during event hours. ▪ For show run – 4.5 hours per shift. ▪ You are to arrive 45 minutes before the lobby doors open to our patrons and stay 30 minutes after the show has ended.
Set Builder & Set Painter
Description:
▪ Assist in the construction and painting of stage sets. ▪ Work collaboratively with the set designer to bring the artistic vision to life. ▪ Ensure the set is safe and functional for performances.
Requirements:
▪ Carpentry or painting skills are beneficial but not required. ▪ Physical capability for lifting and manual labor. ▪ Attention to detail and creativity. Time Commitment: ▪ Pre-production and scheduled build days.
Lighting Designer
Description:
▪ Collaborate with the production team to create the lighting design for the show. ▪ Operate lighting equipment during rehearsals and performances. ▪ Ensure lighting queues enhance overall production.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Previous experience in lighting design. ▪ Familiarity with lighting equipment and technology. ▪ Creativity and attention to detail. Time Commitment: ▪ Pre-production, tech rehearsals, and show nights.
Sound Designer
Description:
▪ Collaborate with the production team to craft the sound design for the show. ▪ Can operate sound equipment during rehearsals and performances but doesn’t need to if there is a sound board operator. ▪ Locate sound effects and music for the production, being able to set levels is preferred, however this can also be done by the sound board operator.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Previous experience in sound design. ▪ Familiarity with sound equipment and technology. ▪ Creativity and attention to detail in soundscapes. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Involvement during pre-production and tech rehearsals.
Sound Board Operator
Description:
▪ Operate the sound board during rehearsals and performances. ▪ Collaborate with the director and sound designer to achieve desired audio effects. ▪ Troubleshoot and maintain audio equipment.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Previous experience in live sound production. ▪ Technical knowledge of audio equipment. ▪ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Time Commitment: ▪ Tech rehearsals and show nights.
Q-Lab Show Run Operator:
Description:
▪ Operate Q-lab software to cue sound and multimedia elements during performances. ▪ Work closely with the director and sound designer to execute the show's technical aspects. ▪ Ensure smooth transitions between cues.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Familiarity with Q-lab software. ▪ Attention to detail and timing. ▪ Ability to stay focused during performances. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Tech rehearsals and show nights.
Props Coordinator:
Description:
▪ Source, organize, and maintain props for the production. ▪ Work with the director and stage manager to ensure props are used appropriately. ▪ Assist with set dressing and prop changes during performances.
Requirements:
▪ Attention to detail and organizational skills. ▪ Creativity in finding or creating suitable props. ▪ Ability to collaborate with the production team. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Pre-production, rehearsals, and show nights.
Costumer
Description:
▪ Assist in the creation, alteration, and maintenance of costumes. ▪ Collaborate with the costume designer to achieve the desired look for characters. ▪ Ensure quick costume changes during performances.
Requirements:
▪ Sewing and costume construction skills. ▪ Creativity and attention to detail. ▪ Ability to work under time constraints. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Pre-production, fittings, rehearsals, and show nights.
Backstage Hand
Description:
▪ Assist with scene changes, moving set pieces, and managing backstage logistics. ▪ Coordinate with stage management and other crew members for smooth transitions. ▪ Stay backstage during performances to address any immediate needs.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Physical capability for lifting and moving set pieces. ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ▪ Team player and good communication skills. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Tech rehearsals and show nights.
Stage Manager
Description:
▪ Role Description: ▪ Oversee and coordinate all backstage activities. ▪ Communicate with the director, crew, and performers during rehearsals and shows. ▪ Ensure the smooth execution of the production according to the director's vision.

Gallery Exhibition Installation:

▪ Assist in the setup and installation of visual art exhibitions in the gallery space. ▪ Collaborate with artists and curators to ensure the proper presentation of artworks. ▪ Handle artwork with care and adhere to exhibition design plans.

Sit In Gallery & Box Office Host:
Description:
▪ Opening and closing the gallery & box office. ▪ Welcome visitors to the gallery and provide information about current exhibitions. ▪ Manage gallery & ticket sales, including art purchases and tickets for productions. ▪ Handle inquiries and assist with general gallery & box office operations.
Requirements:
▪ Qualifications: ▪ Customer service skills and a welcoming attitude. ▪ Basic understanding of art and exhibition details. ▪ Ability to handle sales transactions and use a cash register. ▪ Time Commitment: ▪ Scheduled shifts during gallery & box office hours. ▪ 4 hours per shift.
Fundraising Planning & Outreach
Description:
▪ Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan and strategize fundraising initiatives. ▪ Assist in developing outreach plans to engage donors and sponsors. ▪ Implement and execute fundraising campaigns, including online and offline efforts. ▪ Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.

Day Of Event Set-Up, Operations, And Tear Down
Description:
▪ Assist in the set-up of event spaces, including booths, signage, and decorations. ▪ Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations. ▪ Manage logistical aspects during the event, such as guest registration and merchandise sales. ▪ Participate in the tear-down and clean-up after the event concludes.
